Saying Goodbye

Have you ever had to move to a different city? That's not the big question. Big question is, have you ever had to move to a different city alone? Leaving your family and loved ones behind? If you have, then you'd relate to this more.

You'd understand when I speak of that sickly feeling you get in your stomach or when I speak of the tears that seem to bite your eye. You'd understand when I speak of the lump you feel in your throat because of the tear you won't let come out. You'd understand  when I speak of crying in a bus. You'd understand when I speak of wanting love so much. You'd understand when I say I don't like saying goodbye. Cos saying goodbye is hard. Its good that you understand  the terrific feeling that comes just from saying goodbye.

Since you understood that, Its easy then to say that you understand that saying goodbye is an exhibition of courage. That saying goodbye is a symbol of greatness. That saying goodbye means you've taken another bold step.  That saying goodbye is a means of making the 'welcome' you receive grand.

Yeah, I know, saying goodbye is hard, but it isn't so terrible now, is it?

  5. It isn't.
In some cases goodbye is the only way out of the situation. Though we find it hard to say goodbye, we just have to gather the courage to do that to be at peace not pieces because if we keep patching things up you just keep feeling more depressed daily. So it's better to be bold enough to say goodbye

How Inspiration Comes

It comes in form of a rush. I mean my inspiration. Just a moment ago, it wasn't here and now its here. One thing I'm sure of - if I don't put this down right now, it'll be gone and I wouldn't have it back. If by chance I get it back, it wouldn't be the way it came now. Inspiration's weird right? But what can we do? Have I mentioned already that its inspiration to write that I refer to in this post? I like to sleep with a pen and paper on my bed, because right when I close my eyes to sleep, that's when the words come to me. Now I have two options. I either close my eyes and dream, or I pick up my pen and paper to pour down ink. The end result of the first is a good sleep. While the end result of the second, is what you now read. Well then, this doesn't mean that when I drop my pen, I wouldn't sleep. I still will. But inspiration comes from several other things. Inspiration could come from how the clock ticks. It could come from how your...

It's All In Your Eyes

" Look into my eyes" has anyone ever said these words to you? Then it may be that such person already understands that the eye is a window to the heart. Deep connections can be felt with souls by looking at people. No, not at their figures but into their eyes. There's no place to hide once a person has gotten into your eye for the eye is road to your heart. Its all in the eyes. Your thoughts, your words, your emotions - anger, hate, pain, love, fear, agitation, tension the list goes on. Its in the eye. If one is observant, its easy to tell the state of another's emotion just by looking into their eyes. I know if a person hates my guts by the look they give me. I've seen pure admiration in someone else's eyes. I've seen jealousy, distaste, kindness, confusion, deception, love and even lies in the eyes. So I can say from experience that our emotions are in our eyes. But my resolution isn't based on personal experience alone. Research by Adams Ander...

Kindness to Self

Life is hard. And you do not have to make it harder, by being hard on yourself. I know, sometimes kindness to self seems like a difficult task. And you're mad at yourself for a million reasons. For not winning the game, for not saying the right words, for not standing up for yourself, for being too short-tempered... It's easier to get mad than to show yourself some love. But tell me, where has that gotten you.  The many times you deprived yourself of kindness, you were filled with rage, bitterness. You felt empty.. and tired. Well it's time for a change. From now, you'd look at yourself with mercy. First you must understand that we're all human, and we all make mistakes. Like you, everyone else has had moments they aren't proud of. But each one of us must show ourselves selflove, if we would make the world a better place.  How To Be Kind to Self.    1 . Put the Past in the Past: Really, why have you decided to pull the past with you despite it's heavy weigh...
