The morning has come to me, and the whole universe belongs to Allah. I ask Allah for the good of the day, its  aid, its success its blessings and its nur.  And I seek refuge with Allah from the evil of the day, from the evil of that which He has created, and from the evil of that which is to come later.  PS: Allah means God.        Nur means light  I say the above prayer as I get out of bed. I perform ablution and offer my prayers for a new day has come to me. Many are there that wish to have the words "Its a new day" on their lips this morning, but the Mighty One (God) didn't give them such privilege. So with gratitude in my heart I say quietly to myself: "It's a new day". It's a new day, so I left yesterday's worries yesterday. It's a new day so I left yesterday's grudges yesterday. It's a new day so I left yesterday's anger, hate and pain yesterday. It's a new day so I left every troubling thought yesterday.
