The morning has come to me, and the whole universe belongs to Allah. I ask Allah for the good of the day, its  aid, its success its blessings and its nur.  And I seek refuge with Allah from the evil of the day, from the evil of that which He has created, and from the evil of that which is to come later.  PS: Allah means God.        Nur means light  I say the above prayer as I get out of bed. I perform ablution and offer my prayers for a new day has come to me. Many are there that wish to have the words "Its a new day" on their lips this morning, but the Mighty One (God) didn't give them such privilege. Passion is strong interest in someone or something. Passion is an immense emotion that gives you strong zeal and enthusiasm. Passion is motivation. Passion is what puts you to work. When you saw the title of this post, did scenarios of betrayal come to your mind? Well scenarios of betrayal came to my mind because I've been betrayed quite a number of times. Don't worry, I'll tell you about a few of them. Once I was acting all calm and reserved. I didn't want to make it known that I was in dire need of food. In that moment did my stomach decide to growl. It made noise so loud that my hunger was made known to those that were present. I felt betrayed. How could it? How could my stomach betray me like that?? Another time, I was asked if I had gotten medication for catarrh. I replied: "no, I'm fine now". You guessed right. My body chose that moment to let out a sneeze. This is a few among the other times I've been betrayed. The dictionary seems to have several definitions of betrayal. But I like to see betrayal as more of deceit and deliberate  disloyalty. Guide, conduct, pass on knowledge, educate, instruct - these are words you'll find associated with teachers. Who is a teacher?         A teacher isn't necessarily the one in a classroom, with a cane in his hand telling you to solve problems in maths, with you going like.. "Sir, how does this equation help my life???".      A teacher is one that educates you. Guides you and gives you instructions that helps grow your knowledge in a particular field. While a teacher could be a friend, a parent, a relative or a random person on the street - all that's needed for a person to qualify as a teacher is that he passes on knowledge. "It's just me, myself and I". This was my status on one of my social media accounts some years back. This saying also played a great role in my life. I was a lone wolf. I didn't have friends and I didn't want friends. I thought I was complete all by myself. I thought I didn't need the company of others. I didn't understand the importance and sweetness of friendship until I got a taste of it. Friendship I realised was the basis of any good relationship. We're course mates and we have a group work together? I realised that it was easier to work on group projects with friends. It comes in form of a rush. I mean my inspiration. Just a moment ago, it wasn't here and now its here. One thing I'm sure of - if I don't put this down right now, it'll be gone and I wouldn't have it back. If by chance I get it back, it wouldn't be the way it came now. Inspiration's weird right? I like to sleep with a pen and paper on my bed, because right when I close my eyes to sleep, that's when the words come to me. Now I have two options. Have you ever had to move to a different city? That's not the big question. Big question is, have you ever had to move to a different city alone? Leaving your family and loved ones behind? If you have, then you'd relate to this more. You'd understand when I speak of that sickly feeling you get in your stomach or when I speak of the tears that seem to bite your eye.
